Credit/debit card payments are accepted online. In person, cash and check are also accepted. To purchase items via PayPal invoice, please contact me prior to purchase.
There are no returns any item unless it's damaged in shipping. There are no returns on commissions once approved. Non-refundable 50% deposit on commissions may be used in my shop or towards another commission.
A 7% sales tax will be added at checkout if you are a Tennessee State resident.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Each original piece of artwork/painting will include a signed and dated certificate of authenticity if specified indicating the work's medium, dimensions, month and/or year of creation, location of creation and may include a statement about the piece.
Brightness, contrast and color may vary on different screens and devices. If you are need a specific color match please request additional photos or video prior to purchase.
All pre-made artwork is shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. Commission paintings are shipped after completed. All pre-made artwork shipping costs are estimated at checkout. If postage is greater than the estimated cost, you will receive an invoice for the total unpaid amount due prior to shipping. If you'd like to know the precise shipping rate for an item ahead of time, please email me prior to purchase. All paintings include insurance and come with a tracking number. Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email from me with the details. Here are more specifics on how each item is shipped:
Paintings are wrapped in paper, then bubble wrapped. Paintings under 12" will be shipped flat with USPS. Paintings larger than 12" will be shipped with either UPS or FedEx. Paintings above 12" on paper will be shipped within a tube. If painting is larger than 30", shipping will be determined per piece.
Prints under 12" are shipped flat and are sealed within a plastic sleeve with a cardboard insert. Prints larger than 12" are shipped within a tube.
If you're located in Nashville, TN and surrounding areas, free pick-up is available. Email me to arrange before purchase.
ITEMS DAMAGED OR DELAYED/LOST
Items may be delayed in shipment due to weather, holidays and other circumstances beyond my or the carrier's control. If you feel your package is delayed or if you think it may be lost, please contact me for assistance. If your item has been damaged in shipment, please contact me as soon as possible after the item arrives.
If you need your item quick please request prior to purchase. USPS Express, FedEx or UPS Air are also available by request.
